一、項目概況

為充分發揮熱區高校聯盟搭建的合作與交流平台作用，推動教育的全球化發展與文化交流，培育更多國際化人才，推動熱帶區域發展，365英国上市官网在线（HNU）面向聯盟成員單位開展雙學位教育合作項目。

二、項目專業與課程設置、合作培養模式和授課語言

（一）專業與課程設置

2.1 首批專業：旅遊管理

2.2 課程設置：HNU和聯盟成員高校根據各自的培養方案共同開發培養方案和課程設置，從而滿足雙方大學（HNU和聯盟成員高校）授予學位的要求。

（二）合作培養模式

2.2.1  2+2 雙學位（本科）項目

學生第一、二學年的教學過程在聯盟成員高校進行，第三、四學年的教學過程在HNU進行。學生按照HNU和聯盟成員高校共同開發的課程方案和教學計劃進行，在雙方大學完成學業，并達到雙方大學的畢業相關要求，将分别獲得雙方大學的學士學位。

2.2.2 1+2+1 雙學位（本科）項目

學生第一、四學年的教學過程在聯盟成員高校進行，第二、三學年的教學過程在HNU進行。學生按照HNU和聯盟成員高校共同開發的課程和雙方批準的教學計劃進行，在雙方大學完成學業，并達到雙方大學的畢業相關要求，将分别獲得雙方大學的學士學位。

2.2.3  3+1+2雙學位（本科和碩士）項目

學生本科階段四年在聯盟成員高校學習，其中的最後一學年同時開始學習HNU的碩士基礎課程，第五、六學年在HNU完成碩士項目的其他課程。在雙方大學完成學業，并滿足相關畢業要求的，将分别獲得聯盟成員高校的學士學位和HNU的碩士學位。

（三）授課語言

2.3.1  授課語言為英語，但學生同時需學習中文作為外語。

三、申請條件

(一)本科項目

3.1持外國有效護照的非中國籍公民，年齡在18-45周歲之間，身心健康，品行端正。符合中國出入境條件，遵守中國法律和365英国上市官网在线校規，尊重中華文化和風俗習慣。

3.2學曆要求：具有相當于中國的高中畢業學曆。

3.3 語言要求：采用全英文授課，母語或官方語言為非英語的申請者英語水平須達到雅思(IELTS)6.0及以上（單科不少于6.0）；或托福560以上，新托福（網考）78分以上。

(二)碩士項目

3.4 持外國有效護照的非中國籍公民，年齡在18-45周歲之間，身心健康，品行端正。符合中國出入境條件，遵守中國法律和365英国上市官网在线校規，尊重中華文化和風俗習慣。

3.5 學曆要求：具有相當于中國大學本科學曆并獲得學士學位。

3.6 語言要求：采用全英文授課，母語或官方語言為非英語的申請者英語水平須達到雅思(IELTS)6.0及以上（單科不少于6.0）；或托福560以上，新托福（網考）78分以上。

四、其他

4.1 各方需負責處理與各自課程學術标準有關的所有事項、提供必要資源、為學生提供各項保障、簽發學生辦理簽證所需的文件等。

4.2 各方須滿足所在國家（地區）政府及教育主管部門的要求。

4.3 相關費用（學費、住宿費、教材費、保險費等）由雙方根據教學成本另行商定。

International Joint Degree Program

1. Program Overview

To fully leverage the cooperation and exchange platform established by the League of Tropical Universities, promote the globalization of education and cultural exchange, cultivate more international talents, and promote the development of tropical regions, Hainan University (HNU) is launching dual-degree Cooperative Education Programs.

2. Program Majors and Curriculum, Cooperative Models, and Teaching Language

2.1 Program Majors and Curriculum

2.1.1 Initial Program Major:  Tourism Management.

2.1.2 Curriculum Design: HNU and the member of the League of Tropical Universities will jointly develop the training plan and curriculum based on their respective training programs to meet the degree requirements of both partner universities (HNU and the member university).

2.2 Cooperative Models

2.2.1 2+2 Dual-Degree (Undergraduate) Program
Students will complete their first and second academic years of the program at one of the member universities, and complete the third and fourth academic years at HNU. Students will follow the jointly developed curriculum and mutually approved teaching plan by HNU and the member university. Upon successful completion of academic requirements at both institutions and fulfillment of all other relevant requirements, they will be awarded bachelor degrees respectively by both universities.

2.2.2 1+2+1 Dual-Degree (Undergraduate) Program
Students will complete their first and fourth academic years of the program at one of the member universities, and complete the second and third academic years at HNU. Students will follow the jointly developed curriculum and mutually approved teaching plan by HNU and the member university. Upon successful completion of academic requirements at both institutions and fulfillment of all other relevant requirements, they will be awarded bachelor degrees respectively by both universities.

2.2.3 3+1+2 Two-Degree (Undergraduate and Master) Program
Students will complete their undergraduate academic years at one of the member universities. From the fourth year they will also start the master’s basic courses from HNU. The fifth to sixth academic years will be conducted at HNU for the master program. Students will follow the curriculum jointly developed by HNU and the member university, as well as the teaching plan approved by both institutions. Upon successful completion of all academic requirements at both universities and fulfillment of additional institutional requirements, the student will be awarded the bachelor degree by the member university and the master degree by HNU.

2.3 Teaching Language

2.3.1 Teaching language will be English, but students will also learn Chinese as their foreign language.

3. Application Requirements

3.1 Undergraduate Students

3.1.1 The applicant must be a non-Chinese citizen holding a valid foreign passport and aged between 18 and 45. They must meet China’s entry and exit requirements, comply with Chinese laws and Hainan University regulations, and respect Chinese culture and customs.

3.1.2 The applicant must have a high school diploma equivalent to Chinese standards.

3.1.3 The teaching language will be English. Applicants whose native or official language is not English must have an English proficiency level of IELTS 6.0 or above (with no less than 6.0 in each component) or a TOEFL score of 560 or above (or 78 or above for the internet-based TOEFL).

3.2 Graduate Students

3.2.1 The applicant must be a non-Chinese citizen holding a valid foreign passport and aged between 18 and 45.They must meet China’s entry and exit requirements, comply with Chinese laws and Hainan University regulations, and respect Chinese culture and customs.

3.2.2 The applicant must have a bachelor degree equivalent to that of a Chinese university.

3.2.3 The teaching language will be English. Applicants whose native or official language is not English must have an English proficiency level of IELTS 6.0 or above (with no less than 6.0 in each component) or a TOEFL score of 560 or above (or 78 or above for the internet-based TOEFL).

4. Others

4.1 All parties are responsible for handling all matters related to the academic standards of their respective courses, providing necessary resources, ensuring student support, and issuing documents required for student visas.

4.2 All parties must comply with the requirements of the government and education authorities in their respective countries (regions).

4.3 The relevant expenses (including tuition, accommodation, textbooks, insurance, etc.) shall be negotiated separately by both parties based on actual instructional costs.
